A series of meetings on the IWC-POWER (Pacific Ocean Whale and Ecosystem Research) cruise programme including the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and 2020 Cruise Planning Meeting. 

There will also be a day spent discussing a special volume of the Journal of Cetacean Research and Management (JCRM) on the SOWER (Southern Ocean Whale and Ecosystem Research) Programme which ran from 1979 for thirty years.  This meeting will include those members of the JCRM Editorial group who are present.
