WNP common minke whale stock structure prior to start of Implementation Review

This short Workshop is not part of the Implementation Review but will (a) review the new information and analyses that have become available since the completion of the Implementation Review in 2013 at Scientific Committee meetings and Expert Panel Workshops; and (b) if required, develop proposals for additional analyses that will assist in the forthcoming Implementation Review that will begin at the Scientific Committee meeting in April 2018. The Implementation Review itself is covered under Procedure A of the Data Availability Agreement.
